
Bento Cake "Love" (recipe)
Bento Cake "Love" is a miniature dessert, perfect for romantic evenings. Easy to make and incredibly delicious!Ingredients:
- 100 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 g butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 ml heavy cream (33%)
- 100 g fresh berries
- Powdered sugar for decoration
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 12-15 cm cake tin with butter.
- Whisk the eggs with sugar until fluffy. Add flour and gently mix. Pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Let it cool.
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Cut the sponge cake into two layers, spread whipped cream on the bottom layer, and add berries. Cover with the second layer and decorate the top with the remaining cream and berries.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
